Water Powered Car A Hoax?

3 days ago, I posted an article regarding a car which runs on a water system - “Genepax unveils energy system“. Today we see that this system which the car utilizes maybe a hoax.
According to Ecogeek, the science governing this system simply does not tally. Generally, a hydrogen powered car works this way: Energy stored in a battery or generated by an on-board gasoline powered generator, splits water into hydrogen and oxygen. The two are then recombined, either in an internal combustion engine or in a fuel cell. Energy from the fuel cell or the engine then drives the car.
Which is to say they are breaking water into hydrogen and oxygen and then burning hydrogen and oxygen to create water.
This is, of course, possible, but you cannot get more energy out of the system than you put in. As the law of conservation of energy goes: Energy in = Energy out. Thus if this system works, it would defy the laws of physics.
Initially, when I heard of this, I was quite disappointed because if this technology really existed, it would really solve many environmental and economical issues. But I am sure there will be other technologies that will be developed to solve this issues.

Yo Bro,
Check this out http://carpoweredwater.blogspot.com/ This is the principle which I have been talking about
You can just convert water to hydrogen and oxygen, but you dun have to combine the oxygen and hydrogen to water again. This is similar to nuclear fission.
